Co-operative Institute of Educational, Paramedical and Technology Ltd. Madayi No C 1740, established on 27-6-2006,by a dedicative group of educationalists and social workers. The institute is registered under Kerala Co-operative Society’s Act 1969on 16-8-2006. A copy of the by-law is also registered under the same act. Its registered office is at Pilathara, Kannur. The society is founded with the aim of providing quality education at affordable cost keeping social justice under social control. The society owned 25 acres of land near by Pilathara town; an area of enchanting scenic beauty and calm atmosphere.

Director Board

Director Board of Management consisting of 11 members broadly undertake resolution regarding chief administration of the college.The members of Director Board shall elected as follows :

  • 9 persons will be elected form A class members
  • 2 persons will be elected from D class members, who are the representative of the Co- operative institutes, local bodies etc.
  • 1 seat will be reserved for woman and 1 seat for SC/ST among A class members.

Privilege to members

  • Dividend not exceeding 20% as per Co-Operative Societies Act and Rules.
  • Higher Preference in the management quota admissions.
